Berdasarkan hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas), prevalensi tumor\/kanker di Indonesia menunjukkan peningkatan, dari 1,4 per 1000 penduduk pada tahun 2013 menjadi 1,79 per 1000 penduduk pada tahun 2018. Kanker tidak muncul begitu saja tanpa alasan. Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyakit ini berkaitan dengan gaya hidup. Pertanyaannya, bagaimana pasien kanker dapat mempertahankan kondisinya agar tetap sehat?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salah satu aspek yang harus diperhatikan adalah asupan nutrisi harian. Nutrisi adalah proses ketika makanan diolah dan digunakan oleh tubuh untuk pertumbuhan, menjaga kesehatan, dan menggantikan jaringan yang rusak. Dengan mengonsumsi makanan yang tepat, nutrisi yang masuk ke dalam tubuh dapat membantu mempercepat pemulihan. Hal ini penting dilakukan sebelum, selama, dan setelah pengobatan kanker.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lalu, apa saja nutrisi yang dibutuhkan oleh pasien kanker agar cepat pulih? Berikut penjelasannya:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3><b> Karbohidrat<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salah satu nutrisi yang perlu dipenuhi oleh pasien kanker adalah karbohidrat. Zat ini memberikan energi yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh selama pengobatan kanker. Beberapa sumber karbohidrat yang baik untuk dikonsumsi adalah beras merah, gandum utuh, kacang polong, dan sereal.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h3><b> Protein<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nutrisi lainnya yang penting untuk dipenuhi oleh seseorang yang sedang dalam pengobatan adalah protein. Protein mengandung asam amino yang sangat baik untuk memperbaiki jaringan tubuh dan menjaga sistem kekebalan tetap prima. Makanan yang kaya akan protein antara lain daging tanpa lemak, telur, yogurt, dan susu, makanan ini sangat baik untuk memperbaiki sel tubuh yang rusak akibat kanker.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h3><b> Vitamin<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vitamin yang tercukupi dapat menjaga tubuh tetap sehat. Vitamin merupakan nutrisi yang mampu memperbaiki jaringan tubuh yang rusak, menjaga sistem kekebalan tubuh, dan memastikan semua organ tubuh berfungsi dengan baik. Vitamin bisa didapatkan dari buah dan sayur, atau dari suplemen tambahan.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h3><b> Mineral<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pasien kanker juga perlu mencukupi kebutuhan mineral. Hal ini dikarenakan mineral mampu membantu meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh.
