{"id":3584,"date":"2024-03-28T09:47:36","date_gmt":"2024-03-28T02:47:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oneonco.co.id\/blog\/?p=3584"},"modified":"2026-07-29T14:21:42","modified_gmt":"2026-07-29T07:21:42","slug":"bagaimana-mencegah-kanker-hati","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.oneonco.co.id\/blog\/bagaimana-mencegah-kanker-hati\/","title":{"rendered":"Bagaimana Mencegah Kanker Hati?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kanker hati merupakan salah satu penyakit yang cukup umum dijumpai dan menempati peringkat keempat sebagai penyakit yang sangat serius. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pada umumnya, kanker hati baru terdeteksi pada stadium lanjut saat diagnosis, dikarenakan gejalanya yang tidak selalu mudah dikenali dan keterbatasan pengembangan tes skrining. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meskipun tidak ada cara pasti untuk mencegah kanker hati, namun risiko terkenanya penyakit ini dapat diminimalisir dengan menerapkan beberapa langkah pencegahan. Berikut beberapa tips yang bisa dilakukan untuk membantu menurunkan risiko kanker hati:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>1. Mendapatkan vaksin hepatitis B<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mencegah infeksi HBV (dengan divaksinasi untuk HBV sejak bayi) telah terbukti dapat menurunkan risiko kanker hati pada anak-anak. Belum diketahui apakah divaksinasi dapat menurunkan risiko kanker hati pada orang dewasa.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>2. Mendapatkan pengobatan untuk infeksi hepatitis B kronis<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pilihan pengobatan untuk orang dengan infeksi HBV kronis meliputi terapi interferon dan analog nukleos(t)ida. Pengobatan ini dapat mengurangi risiko berkembang menjadi&nbsp; kanker hati.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>3. Mengurangi paparan terhadap aflatoxin B1&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mengganti makanan yang mengandung kadar aflatoxin B1 tinggi dengan makanan yang mengandung kadar racun yang jauh lebih rendah dapat mengurangi risiko kanker hati.
